711 Punched out by Black Canary almost immediately after waking. 709 Hit in the head with a blunt object by Lex Luthor. 622 Stabbed out by guard (technically a death, but still a loss of consciousness). 621 Knocked out somehow with Wes (not shown). 617 Rolled out in the fight club (ah-wha?). 522 Depressurizing airplane cabin pressure. 516 Clark gives her the old goodnight tap. 514 Pushed over in a chair, hits head, lights out. 408 Conked out when Clark fried the witch book. 403 Needled out by the psycho Kryp/Tuck mom. KO COUNT, IN ORDER OF MOST TO LEAST: Lois Lane: 52 times. :) A loss of consciousness is a loss of consciousness. exhaustion, conks on the head, evil flowers, Clark love taps, it's all relative, subjective, and my stinking verdict. Note: A knockout can be several different kinds of lost consciousness. So, I instituted this totally documented KO Count. 
And besides, it's just funny to see who has the most brain damage. The point is, when you analyze the show, as a reviewer tends to do, you see things outside of the spell that the cast, the score, and cinematography, your basic mise en scene, is allowed to weave, dumbing you down. Also, Clark wasn't very careful with his secret. Someone was always getting knocked out, someone was always going from happy-go-lucky to terminally homicidal, and there were a lot of good people getting arrested. there were a lot of repetitive and somewhat strange elements in the show.
